Welcome to Hilltop Farm

This small southern New Hampshire farm is located in the very rural town of Mason.

Over the years, the farm has been used for many different things. For a very long time it was a crafts center. Then in 1956 it was purchased by the Rowse Family.

There were always chickens with fresh eggs and a large garden to serve vegetables all summer, to grow potatoes, and various types of squash for storage in the cool granite root cellar of the house.

Sam's parents love of animals and great fresh food rubbed off on the children.

The house was originally built for Ebenezer Hill who was the pastor in the church directly across the street from Hilltop. He was known the “Little Minister of Mason” due to his slight stature.

He had a very gifted nature and was well loved by the community.

Now in 2018 we have begun again to farm the property in earnest.
