What are your cows fed?
Wagyu require high-protein and specific vitamins and minerals for optimum health and marbling, which is why they are never solely grass-fed. Our cows are rotationally grazed on pasture, but they also get a supplement of total mixed ration (TMR), which is made up of custom-made non-GMO grain, locally sourced spent brewer's mash, and fresh hay.
Are you certified Organic?
While we are not certified Organic, our cows only get the best of the best! Our mash, grain, and hay sources are carefully selected and we don't ever use any pesticides or chemicals in our fields.
Do you use antibiotics or growth hormones?
No! Our cows are not treated with steroids, hormones, or antibiotics. They only get the good stuff!
Can I get a whole or half beef from you?
Yes! We offer both half and whole cows, all custom-cut to your own specifications. Contact us for more information or to get started placing an order.
Are your prices by pound or by cut? Can I come in and pick up a bundle?
Our prices are per pound at all in-person locations! Every cow and every steak comes out slightly different, so prices for shipping in our New England Wagyu online store are by the cut based on averages and guaranteed to be in a certain weight range. Our bundles are online exclusives, but our online prices are slightly higher to help combat the high cost of shipping materials and freight; so you're still getting a deal by coming into the shops or farmers markets!
